About Robert

Robert has been practicing modern Tai Chi, ChiGuong & mindfulness since 1991, teaching the general public for the City of Toronto and privately for most of that time. He has worked with doctors, psychotherapists, bodywork specialists, energy workers, alternative and native consciousness practices and programs.

I have been living in North Toronto with my wife and three children for over twenty five years. I earned Black Belt & diploma from Bushido Kan Modern Martial Arts Institute in 1994. In addition to teaching I am an expert carpenter/builder and am retired from a 25 year sales and management career in Telecom and Software systems for fortune 500 companies.

Tai Chi has been instrumental in dealing with my own cancer. Curiosity about our minds and bodies, about the nature of existence and our place in it have led to a life exploring the self and possibility with others and learning from them.
